Terms of use

Draft — this page has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and will change before launch.

The service

outbidinfluencer shows a public ranking of Instagram handles ordered by the total amount paid for each. Paying buys placement on the ranking only. It does not buy followers, engagement, endorsement, or any guaranteed number of clicks.

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. A payment adds to a handle's total once confirmed. Other users can pay more at any time, so a rank is never guaranteed to last. See Rules.

Listings

You must not submit a name or bio that impersonates, harasses or defames anyone, or that is unlawful. We may hide any listing that breaks these terms or that an account owner asks us to remove. [Refund policy for hidden listings: to be decided before launch.]

No affiliation

outbidinfluencer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
